Blinds Tutorial
- Open your Paint Shop Pro Program.
- Open up the image of your choice.
- Then click Effects located on your toolbar.
- Located on the drop down menu is Texture Effects.
- Once the side menu opens click on Blinds.
- A new box should open named Blinds.
- You should see two images. Before and After. The after is the one you will be making the blinds on.
- Now, below the images you should see Width and Opacity.
- Width deturmands how wide the blinds will be. 1 being the smallest, and 100 being the lagrest.
- Opacity deturmands how dark you blinds should be. 1 being the lightest, and 100 being the darkest.
- I will beseting my width to 2 and my ocpacity to 20 for this example.
- Once you get your blinds the way you want, click OK.
- Save you image and your done.
